I created print and digital assets that aligned with Paycor’s mission to empower leaders with people, data, and insights. I supported the development and promotion of a new HR guide on internal recruiting, helping increase visibility for Paycor’s thought leadership content. I developed social graphics, email headers, advertisements, and event merchandise to strengthen brand presence and deepen audience engagement. I implemented A/B testing to refine website visual content and improve overall online performance. I designed and refined internal and external presentations to support clear, cohesive, cross functional communication.
